Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
North Kansas City School District and McCownGordon Construction are requesting trade partner proposals for the new Lakewood/Winnwood Elementary School project - Bid Package 1 will include Precast and Building demolition only. All remaining scopes will be bid at a later date. This project is tax exempt and has prevailing wage requirements per Wage Order #27 for Clay County, Missouri. The NKCSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to be the sole judge of what it considers the lowest responsible bid.
