Renovation of a residential development in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (HAKC) is organized under the laws of the State of Missouri. It owns and operates over 1700 units of conventional public housing in multifamily and single-family sites through the city and provides rental assistance subsidies to approximately 7500 households under the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Program.HAKC is requesting bids from qualified contractors to remove and dispose of all the exterior wood upper soffits, fascia and trim located along the perimeter of the roof at the twenty-building apartment complex at Theron B. Watkins. Terracon Consultants and the HAKC Project Manager will be overseeing this project and will be available for questions. Written questions should be submitted by January 12, 2023 to the HAKC Procurement Department at procurement@hack.org.
