Site work for an educational facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a primary / secondary education facility.
All bidders shall have a current Florida General Contractors license. All bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid bond and shall be firm for a period of 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner has the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids and modify quantities as they desire for any reason. To ensure consistent distribution of Addendums and clarifications, only Bid Set Holders who received Bid Documents directly from Panhandle Engineering, Inc. are authorized to submit bids on this project. Each bidder must provide a Bid Bond in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information to Bidders. Performance & Payment Bonds will be required from the awarded Bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570.
