Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pine Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project will be completed under two separate contracts: Contract One: General Construction and Contract Two: Electrical. The work involves the demolition and replacement of the existing pump station building and appurtenances, relocation of generator and control panel for temporary operation of pump station, replacing old fence, and repaving access road and surrounding area for the pump station. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Bank Check or Bid Bond, in the required form as stated in the Project Manual, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Total.
