Normal Subgrade Preparation 4,650 S.Y. 4. 24" RCP 240 L.F. 5. Concrete Driveway Repair 860 S,F, 6. Caliche Driveway Repair 190 S.Y. 7. Erosion Control Measures 1 L.S. 8. Traffic Control 1 L.S. 9. Street Demolition & Spoil Removal 3,700 S.Y. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Santa Rosa or negotiable U. S. Government Bond (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Attention is called to the fact that not less than, the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) wage rate as issued by the United States Department of Labor and contained in the contract documents, must be paid on this project.
