Scope of Services The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of the following: o Distributing door hanger notifications o Placing "No Parking" signs and traffic control o Posting tree removal signs o Removing trees, stump grinding, root removal and grading removal area o Saw cutting concrete sidewalks, parkways, driveways, alley approaches, access ramps, cross gutters, curbs and gutters o Removing, shaving or pruning tree roots, grading, clearing and grubbing o Placing and compacting crushed miscellaneous base o Constructing new concrete sidewalks, parkways, driveways, alley approaches, access ramps, cross gutters, curbs and gutters o Removing concrete parkways o Removing concrete parking post foundations and bollards at Bayside Park Parking Lot and Old School Park Parking Lot o Patching areas of concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk o Restoring private improvements including damaged bricks and synthetic turf o Installing grass turf as necessary to match existing o Providing temporary access during construction Q&A Deadline 01/03/2023 3:00 PM (PST) Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Project Duration 60 consecutive working days Liquidated Damages $1,000 Per Day No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)].
