Renovation Fire Station 7 The Work consists of a renovation to an existing fire station. 1. The Work includes, but not limited to: a. HVAC Upgrades. b. New Lighting. c. Addition of a Sprinkler System. d. Replacement of existing slab in Apparatus Bays. e. Finish Upgrades. f. Window Replacement. g. Roof Replacement. h. Overhead Door Replacement. i. Kitchen/Day Room Reconfiguration. The work shall include, but is not limited to, all items as shown on the Drawings and specified in Contract Documents including all submittals; mobilization; demolition; construction; all required project management; site security and safety; traffic control; permitting (including permitting costs); all labor tools equipment and conveying of materials necessary to perform the work; all winter and weather protection; all utility work including permits and coordination with the various City entities; providing a complete and comprehensive scope of work as outlined in this RFP as this is a single source RFP where the success responder will be responsible for all aspects of the associated work; and all other appurtenant work and cleanup necessary for the completion of the project.
