INVITATION TO POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given to interested contractors to participate in a pre-selection presentation for the Construction of our new Colorado Centre Metropolitan District (District) Administration Building (approximately 5,000 square feet), to include grading, roadways, sidewalks, lighting, utilities, other than water and sewer which are already available at the site, landscaping, water quality/detention pond and all other items. Details will be presented at a meeting scheduled on January 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Water Plant, located at 9696 Flagstone Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80925. No calls or solicitation will be accepted on this matter. You must attend the presentation to qualify to participate. Interested contractors have until 12:00 PM (noon) Friday, February 17 to present letters of interest, qualifications, and references. The District will select no less than three but not more than five potential contractors to submit bids by no later than February 24, 2023, which bids shall then be due by 12:00 PM (noon), March 13, 2023. The District will announce the successful bidder by March 31, 2023.
