El Paso County is issuing this Solicitation for the purpose of entering into a contract for services as specified herein from a Contractor(s) that will provide prompt and efficient service to the County for Construction of the Janitell Bridge Scour Protection Project (Project). Although this Solicitation specifies an exact location and timeline for these services to be completed, it is understood and agreed that the County may, during the term of the contract, request additional services be performed by the successful Contractor(s) at other locations within the proximity of the Project limits. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Contractor(s) throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made that additional services will be requested. The Project is being funded through the following sources: Pikes Peak Rural Transportation Authority (PPRTA). There will be El Paso County and PPRTA oversight of the Project. There is no CDOT oversight of this Project. This Project has a 0% DBE goal and is NOT subject to Davis-Bacon requirements.
