Renovation of a stadium in Bon Accord, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Work involves the design and construction for upgrades to the Bon Accord Arena Ice Plant, including: The design and construction of a standalone ice plant building adjacent to the arena which will house a new replacement ice plant. Performance of the ice plant must meet the efficiency noted in the MCCAC approved energy study. Building and service connections must be designed to meet National Building Code of Canada, 2019 Alberta Edition, National Energy Code for Buildings 2017,and all other applicable codes. Design-Builder’s retained Engineers’ must provide sealed drawings and construction inspection reports for their work. Demolition of the existing ice plant. Connection of the new ice plant to the existing header brine header. A new replacement single electrical service to serve the new ice plant and car charging system.
