The City of Portland, Bureau of Parks & Recreation, is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with demonstrated experience in Special Inspection Services. Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) is the City's steward of over 10,000 acres of land at more than 250 locations including a multitude of community and neighborhood parks, recreational facilities, gardens, trails and natural areas. It offers thousands of recreational and enrichment opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Portland's parks, public places, natural areas, and recreational opportunities give life and beauty to our City. These essential assets connect people to place, self, and others. Portland's residents treasure and care for this legacy, building on the past to provide for future generations. The City intends to award three [3] price agreement(s) in the service categories listed below. The City may, but is not obligated to, award up to the maximum number of contracts per category as indicated. Successful Proposers may be called upon to provide consulting services and/or undertake fixed/term projects. The services requested under these price agreements will be small to medium in scope. There will be no pre-submittal meeting for this RFP. The City anticipates having executed price agreement in place by April, 2023. The term of the price agreements shall be three (3) years. Work shall begin for specific projects upon execution of a signed Task Order with submittal of final deliverables to the City occurring by the date defined in the individual Task Orders. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
