Bidders must submit a cashiers check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Award is tentatively scheduled for the March 7, 2023, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m.. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing & Contracting Division only at RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding.
