Site work for a water / sewer project in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of March 3 2023, the project has not been awarded. The project is tentatively slated to be awarded April 4, 2023. Construction improvements including new underground storm sewer systems, stormwater inlets, curbs and gutters, modification of the existing stormwater detention basin, and construction of an off-site drainage channel. The project will also require the reconstruction of some driveways and modification to some utility systems. The total estimated construction cost is $2,140,892. Award is tentatively scheduled for the March 7, 2023, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing & Contracting Division only at rshelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding.
