Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Saint Helens, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Columbia County Fairgrounds is a 60-acre fair and exposition center located in St Helens, Oregon. Among the facilities available at the fairgrounds are a pavilion building, multiple livestock barns, rodeo arena, ball field, raceway, and covered picnic area. The purpose of this project is to construct a pole barn and to reroof up to 4 barns. Current plans are to use the pole barn for the livestock auction during the Fair and to rent it out for multiple uses the remainder of the year. Briefly, the work of the RFP includes the design and building of a new pole barn and the reroofing of up to 4 existing barns. The pole barn is to be approximately 48' x 96', open ended with a minimum interior clear height of 14' at the perimeter. The work is to be completed no later than July 3, 2023
