The Town of Guadalupe will be accepting bids from eligible fabricators and/or suppliers for the following: Street Light Poles and Mast Arms TOWN OF GUADALUPE 9241 S. AVENIDA DEL YAQUI (Town Hall) GUADALUPE, AZ 85283 Pole and Mast Arm Description: 14 Galvanized Steel SRP Streamline Style Street Light Poles with Mast Arms (Net 35 foot mounting height) Dibble is acting as the Town's consultants for this procurement. There will not be a pre-bid conference for this procurement. Potential bidders will be requested to supply the following information for the potential bidders list: the name of the company, contact person, current address, telephone, email address and fax number. Neither the Town of Guadalupe nor Dibble Engineering will be responsible for non-receipt of addenda due to incorrect or missing information on the potential bidders list. Also, the Town reserves the right to postpone or cancel this procurement at any time. This procurement is being funded with Town funds; federal aid is not involved. The poles and mast arms are being purchased for a residential street lighting improvement project. The successful bidder will need to store the poles and mast arms until such time the Town's contractor is ready to install them.
