Any Questions Regarding the Plans, Specifications or Bidding Instructions Must Be in Writing and Forwarded to Vince Gibbons at Vince.gibbons@dibblecorp.com. Neither the Town of Guadalupe Nor Dibble Will Be Responsible for Non-receipt of Addenda Due to Incorrect or Missing Information Provided at the Pre-bid Meeting.
