The Town of Guadalupe is seeking qualified contractors to bid on the renovation of Senior Center. Demolition of the existing concrete and tile Removing the existing shade/roof structure as noted on the plans Removing the two concrete seats adjacent to the pillars and two shrubs Disposing of all demolition materials Grading the entrance / patio to accommodate proper drainage per plan Pouring new concrete slab per plan specs approximately 220 square feet Pouring slab over 4" comp. AB/ABC 0- approximately 500 square feet Construct 16" x 16" brick porch column to match existing columns with poured footing 3'x3'x12" Replacing the existing rough sawn beams and adding standing seam / H channel metal roofing- approximately 500 square feet Adding a hose bib per plan location (please provide this as an option) Any questions regarding specifications, plans, or bidding instructions must be submitted in writing to Laura Kajfez at lkajfez@guadalupeaz.org.
