Site work for a road / highway in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Traffic Signal Installation Project - Warrendale-Bayne Road (SR 4052) and Mingo Road (SR 4051) A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Marshall Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. All bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Marshall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and submit proof thereof with their bid. Bidder shall comply with all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities. Pennsylvania prevailing minimum wage rates will apply. Bids may be held by Marshall Township for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the Contract.
