Marshall Township - 2023 Paving Program CONTRACT 23-01 (MILLING, ASPHALT PAVING) $625,000.00 CONTRACT 23-02 (RECLAIMATION & SEAL COAT) $375, 000.00 CONTRACT 23-03 (DOUBLE SEAL COAT) $17,000.00 Each Bidder shall visit the site of the proposed work and full acquaint himself with the existing conditions there relating to construction and labor, and shall fully inform himself as to the facilities involved, the difficulties and restrictions attending the performance of this Contract. The Bidder shall thoroughly examine and familiarize himself with the drawings, technical specifications, and all other Contract Documents. The Contractor, by the execution of the Contract, shall in no way be relieve of any obligation under it due to his failure to receive or examine any form or legal instrument or to visit the site and acquaint himself with the conditions there existing; and the Owner will be justified in rejecting any claim based on facts regarding which the Owner should have been on notice as a result thereof. A pre-bid meeting for this project, if included in the Form of Advertisement, will be held at the Marshall Township Municipal Building, Supervisors Meeting Room on the lower level of the municipal building. All questions related to the project shall be addressed to Art Gazdik, Marshall Township Engineer at artgazdik@groundworkcivil.net.
