The Hardin County, through its agent, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), intends to engage a professional engineering firm for services pursuant to Chapter 2254, Subchapter A, of the Government Code. TxDOT Aviation Division will solicit and receive qualification statements for the current aviation project as described below. Current Project: Hardin County; TxDOT CSJ/Project ID: 2320KNTZE. The TxDOT Project Manager is Stephanie Kleiber, P.E. Scope: Provide engineering and design services, including construction administration, to: 1. Perform Airport Drainage Study 2. Rehabilitate and Mark RW 3. Partial RWY reconstruction: approach end of RWY 13 4. Rehabilitate Taxiways 5. Rehabilitate Apron* 6. Rehabilitate Hangar Access Taxiway (eligible pavement)* 7. Drainage Improvements 8. Tree Clearing* 9. Grade Shoulders * Rehabilitate Apron, HAT, and Tree Clearing as alternatives if funding allows.
