Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
EDGE Participation Goal: 5% of contract Contract Estimated Cost : General Contract $1,199,655.00 Description : Replace existing diesel generator with new diesel generator and separate electrical distribution system into life safety, stand-by, and fire pump in accordance with NEC. The generator, and diesel day tank shall be located interior to the building with a remote radiator. Demolition of abandoned equipment will be required for installation of new generator. In compliance with Section 153.08 of the Ohio Revised Code and Section 153:1-8-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code, Bids for this Project are being received, opened, and published through electronic means using the Stateis electronic bidding service. Each Bid shall be submitted on the electronic Bid Form through the State's Electronic Bidding Software. Prior to signing the Agreement, the Bidder shall provide the Bond required by law in form and substance satisfactory to the Contracting Authority, and from a Surety licensed to do business in the state of Ohio and satisfactory to the Contracting Authority. If the Bidder provided another form of Bid Guaranty, described in Section 5.1.1.2, then Document 00 61 13 - Performance and Payment Bond Form, described in Section 5.1.6, shall be the Bond.
