Martin County is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to maintain, repair, replace and/or make upgrades to the water filtration systems, chemical controllers, chlorine feeders, variable frequency drives and ultraviolet light water sanitizing systems at Sailfish Splash Waterpark and Indian RiverSide Park. The bond shall be on the Bid Guaranty form provided by the County, with Power of Attorney Affidavit attached, in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (base bid plus any and all alternates). In lieu of the Bid Bond, the bid may be accompanied by a certified check of any national or state bank made payable to the County in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Bid bonds will not be returned to the bidders unless specifically requested by the bidder. Any certified check of the successful bidder(s) will be returned to them promptly after the County and the successful bidder(s) have (i) executed the Contract. Defender annual and five-year filter preventative maintenance, repair, upgrades and replacement on 4 filters: models SP-55-48-2076 (2 filters) and SP-33-48-732 (2 filters). Replace all o-ring & gaskets in filter. Remove, clean each finger, visually. Inspect each finger for damage or clogs. Replace any fingers if needed. Remove old media that has made its way to the finger retainer plate, then re install the old or new fingers. Install new felt gaskets, re assemble defender lid assembly and bump assembly. Adjust, repair or replace and test pneumatic valves as needed. Test defender bump and filter sequence. Add filter media to system. o Ultra-Violet Preventive Maintenance Program repair and replacement for - ECF/ECP Series ECF-430, ECF 230, SP-25-6. Two comprehensive site visits per year to maintain electronics warranty. Chamber and component cleaning of sensors, sight glass, quartz sleeves, drive belts and drive mechanism. Inspection, testing, and calibration of wiper frequency, electronic components, and sensors. Replace lamps and quartz sleeves as needed. Also includes cleaning and maintenance or repair and replacement of all filters and fans. Restores unit to factory specifications and is required in order to qualify for extended 5-year warranty. o BECsys controller calibration repair, upgrade and replacement. Restore factory calibration and repair or replace components of BEC's controllers, probes and sensors as needed and requested. o Repairs and replacement included but not limited to pumps, floats, valves, piping, control panels and wiring related to the water treatment and sanitization of the aquatic attractions at Sailfish Splash Waterpark and Indian RiverSide Park.
