Unit prices govern and must be extended. All prices must be typed or written in ink. Quotes written in pencil will not be accepted. Mistakes may be crossed through and corrections inserted adjacent and initialed by the person preparing the quotation. Should errors in multiplication or addition of a unit price against a total quote occur, the unit price shall govern for all purposes. Technical Specifications and Drawings - All Bid Proposal Forms and all related data that are to be included in your bid are included with this package as received. It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain and verify all information required to Bid, prior to submission of your bid. To claim you did not know or did not understand is unacceptable. No objections with regard to the application, meaning, or interpretation of these specifications will be considered after the closing date of subject Bid. Purchase order(s) will serve as the award instrument(s) against this request for bid. Bid security in the amount of 5% must accompany each bid in one of the following forms: (1) bid bond; (2) certified check; (3) treasurer's check; or (4) cashiers check. Checks must be made out to: West Warwick Public Schools. 100% Performance and Labor Bond - West Warwick Public Schools requires the contractor to provide a 100% Performance and Payment bond in the full amount of their respective contracts, within five (5) days after the notice of award. This bond shall remain active throughout the duration of the project.
