Welsh Housing Authority is requesting qualification statements from firms or design professionals interested in providing Full Architectural services as required for work to be completed under the Housing Authority's Capital Fund Program as well as FEMA funds. This work will generally consist of design and engineering services for repairs and modernizations of existing housing units, site improvements, etc. at the Welsh Housing Authority project sites. All services shall be in accordance with HUD Handbook 7460.8 Rev. 2 and 24 CFR 85.36. Interested firms or design professionals shall submit to the Welsh Housing Authority pertinent qualification information consisting of, at a minimum, the following: A. Professional/technical competence and experience; B. Capability to provide professional services in a timely manner; C. Knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws, and regulations, D. Evidence of State License and Professional Liability Insurance required to perform the scope of work, E. Evidence of Non-Debarment Certification, F. Compliance with Section 3 of HUD Act 1968, Equal Employment Opportunities. G. Past experience performing CFP work; H. References regarding the above.
