Project: TOWN OF WELSH, LA I-10 N. SERVICE RD. RIGHT TURN LANE AT LA HWY. 99 PES PROJECT 2300 As a requirement under LA R.S. 37:2163, this project is classified by the Engineer as Highway, street, and bridge construction. All such bidders shall certify that they are licensed Contractors under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Bids will be evaluated by the Town of Welsh based on the lowest responsible bid submitted which is also in compliance with the specifications. The Town of Welsh reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the provisions of LA R.S. 38.2211, et seq.
