Clarifications The Town will issue written clarifications to all Contractors who attended the pre-bid meeting no later than January 10th, 2023 Questions Due Date and Time: January 9th, 2023 at the close of business all clarifications are to be sent to Holly Wahl hwahl@chesapeakebeachmd.gov Contract Duration: 3 years with the option of 2 renewable (1) year terms The Contractor is expected to begin performing the Services on May 1, 2023 and will perform the Services through the (3) three years with (2) two options by the Town to renew. The Town retains the right to reduce the scope of the Services in order to accomplish the project within the Town's established budget and schedule. It is understood by the parties hereto that time is of the essence in the completion of this contract.
