Sealed Bids for the construction of the Bank Street Storm Sewer Installation Project funded by Fayette County Dirt, Gravel and Low Volume Roads Program The work includes installation of storm sewer pipe and catch basins, complete with Erosion and Sediment control measures and site restoration per contract drawings. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents. All addenda will be issued to the email addresses below. Delivery confirmation to the email address provided will constitute a receipt of the addenda by the contractor. It is the contractor's responsibility to check their email addresses at appropriate intervals. Any questions regarding the project must be sent via email to kbell@widmerengineering.com. All questions and answers will be posted to the bid advertisement page. Questions will not be answered via phone calls during bid stage. The Bidder shall understand that the time limit indicated for completion of this Contract shall be 90 (Ninety) calendar days from the "Notice to Proceed", and the amount of liquidated damages to be charged against the Contractor shall be $100.00 per day. The amounts deducted are liquidated damages not penalties. Work based on a specific change in scope of work front that included in the Contract Documents shall be executed by the Contractor until complete in every respect. It shall include not only labor, materials, tools, and equipment, but also the following without limitation: preparatory work; supervision; layout; insurance; bonds; clean-up; overhead; profit; and all other items as may be necessary for completing the work as shown on the Drawings and/or specified or required by Contract Documents.
