Site work for a water / sewer project in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of improvements to an existing stream and installation of in-stream structures, including rock cross vane, log vanes, rootwads, log rollovers, along with areas of bank stabilization, including branch layering, rip rap installation, and gravel bar removal; stream by-pass; installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control devices; and all associated site restoration, complete in place. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/19/2023 5:00 PM Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on this Project Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days beyond the time of bid opening. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals.
