CONTRACT A - SPOT LINING REPAIR CONTRACT This project involves approximately one-hundred and twenty-six (126) sanitary sewer CIPP spot lining repairs including, but not limited to: internal reinstatement of active service laterals; grouting of active service laterals, heavy cleaning, pre-CCTV verification, post repair CCTV, traffic control, resident notification, emergency mobilization, and additional CCTV required to satisfy the Consent Order, complete in place CONTRACT B - SPECIALTY REPAIR EXCAVATION CONTRACT This project involves five (5) base bid and two (2) add alternate bid sanitary sewer specialty excavation repairs including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer excavation repairs; replacement of wyes and lateral pipe; manhole installations and repair; NASSCO compliant post-repair CCTV; and traffic control and restoration of disturbed areas, complete in place. Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates are required to be paid on this contract. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening Date or for any additional period of time that Bidders agree to in reply to a written request by the Owner. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals. Clarification Deadline: 4/29/2022 5:00 PM
