For the following project: 2022 PENN HILLS WPCD FACILITIES UPGRADES CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/25/2022 5:00 PM Contract #1 - Long Road Pump Station Bypass Installation This project includes the removal of an existing sanitary sewerline and replacement with an 18" PVC line including the supply and installation of new slide gates at the Long Road Sewage Pump Station, including equipment, labor, bypass pumping and all other appurtenances. Contract #2 - Gascola Boiler Replacement This project includes the removal and installation of a replacement boiler at the Gascola Equalization Facility that is used to heat the control building including installation, piping and fittings, electrical work, asbestos removal, labor, and all other appurtenances. Contract #3 - Long Road Pump Station Paving This project includes the removal of existing pavement and an existing aggregate pad area and replacement with full depth asphalt pavement at the Long Road Sewage Pump Station, including materials, equipment, labor, and all other appurtenances. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on these projects. Estimated Project Cost: Contract 1 = $83,000 Contract 2 = $73,000 Contract 3 = $34,000
