Site work for a water / sewer project in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves approximately: ten (10) manhole rehabilitations, eight (8) sanitary sewer MH-MH CIPP lining repairs, sixty (60) lateral and main connection assemblies, ten (10) wye branch replacements, sanitary sewer lateral heavy cleaning, locate buried manhole and raise to grade, including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer CIPP repair, pre CCTV and NASSCO certified Post Repair CCTV inspections, internal reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of protruding taps, line cleaning, all traffic control and resident notification, complete in place. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/2/2022 12:00 PM Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days beyond the time of bid opening. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals.
