For Penn Hills Phase XV 2023 Sewer Pair Contracts Contract A Excavation Contract approximately forty-seven (47This Contract sanitary sewer point and ten (10) internal manhole will also include three (3) rehabilitations. The Engineers estimate for Contract A is $530,000. The Engineers estimate for Contract B is $1,200,000. This Contract LINING Lump Sum specialty repairs. CONTRACT B This CONTRACT Contract approximately one hundred thirty-five (135) sanitary sewer CPP lining repairs. This project also includes three (3) Lump Sum specialty repairs. CONTRACT A - EXCAVATION CONTRACT This Contract involves approximately forty-seven (47) sanitary sewer point repairs including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer excavation point repairs; replacement of wyes and laterals; manhole installations and repairs; NASSCO compliant post-repair CCTV; location and adjustment of buried sanitary sewer manholes; and all traffic control and restoration of disturbed areas, complete in place. This Contract will include ten (10) manhole rehabilitations including, but not limited to; invert and bench repairs, curtain grouting, and chimney seals. This Contract will also include three (3) lump sum specialty sanitary sewer repairs. CONTRACT B - MH TO MH LINING CONTRACT This Contract involves approximately one hundred thirty-five (135) sanitary sewer CIPP lining repairs (approximately 25,815 L.F. of 8" to 15" MH-MH CIPP repairs) including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer CIPP repair, pre- and post-repair CCTV inspections; internal reinstatement of active service laterals; cutting of protruding taps; light and heavy cleaning; traffic control; and resident notification, complete in place. This Contract will also include three (3) lump sum specialty sanitary sewer repairs The anticipated construction start date for Contract A is NO LATER THAN May 18th, 2023, while the anticipated end date is NO LATER THAN September 15th, 2023. The anticipated construction start date for Contract B is NO LATER THAN May 18th, 2023, while the anticipated end date is NO LATER THAN December 4th, 2023. These dates are based off an assumed Notice to Proceed date of early May.
