Project Description: This project involves the removal and replacement of existing sidewalks and the construction ADA ramps at the Senior Center in the Municipality of Penn Hills including, but not limited to, clearing, grubbing and site preparation; unclassified bulk excavation; placement of concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps and concrete curbing; erosion and sediment control measures; existing utility adjustments and relocations; utility protection and coordination; site and traffic signage removal and replacement; resident and business notifications; and site restoration, complete in place. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 7.02 Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents
