The Network Equipment Upgrade and Installation proposal package will be available via email to Brad Rector, Network Systems Manager at: erate@ccsdistrict.org. The goods and services requested in these documents are part of the E-Rate filings for the Canton City School District for the 2023 funding year. The mandatory visits will then proceed to the Timken Career Campus of McKinley Senior High School located at 521 Tuscarawas Street W, Canton, OH, 44702, then to Harter Elementary School located at 317 Raff Road NW, Canton, OH, 44708. Vendors will be required to have a representative at the Mandatory Site Visits/Walk-Throughs for a proposal to be considered. Please meet at least 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled start time, be prepared to provide a driver's license which will be scanned for entry for each person into the district properties. The Mandatory Site Visits/Walk-Throughs will provide an opportunity to inspect the school sites, current technology, and ask questions and have questions answered about the project. This will be the only opportunity for vendors to see the sites and ask questions about the project. Questions will not be accepted after the mandatory walk-throughs. Failure to attend the entire mandatory walk-throughs at each of the buildings noted will be cause to disqualify/reject your proposal. See RFP for inclement weather or other emergency date. Only Proposals submitted complying with the requirements of the published RPF will be considered. Vendors are advised to review the requirements carefully. Proposals must contain the name of every person interested therein. All official documents and updates will be posted on the USAC website. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts of any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposals received. No proposal may be withdrawn, after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals, for a period of sixty (60) days. The attention of the vendors is called to the statutory requirements of the State of Ohio relating to the licensing of corporations under the laws of any other State, the Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations and to the proposal documents.
