The Town of Woodhull NY, located in Steuben County NY, is seeking Requests for Qualifications related to flood damage determinations related to the August 18, 2021 Flood Event. This flood event received a Federal Disaster Declaration (#4625). The Town is seeking third party engineering assistance to substantiate damages to a Waste Water Treatment Plant and Collection System. This plant was newly constructed and less than two years old at the time of the August 18 flood event. Experience in Construction Management, Federal WWTP Grant administration, and familiarity with the FEMA Public Assistance Program is minimum requirement.
