Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Durant, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the construction of a 4,543-square-foot, three-story above grade office development; transportation facility; for site work for a office development; and transportation facility.

As of March 2, 2023, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid Plans call for the construction of an operations center that will serve as a hub for conducting research, development, testing, and evaluation of emerging technologies in aviation and unmanned aerial system technologies. Description of the Construction: Description of the Construction: Emerging Aviation Technology Center (EATC) (Pink Area)- This building is partially funded with United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) and therefore is subject to federal laws and regulations associated with that program. The General Contractor (GC) will be responsible to perform all scopes to complete the new EATC Building. This three-story building is approximately 4,543 SF and consists of telemetry room, multipurpose workshop, storage, first aid room, three floor elevator, offices, Fire suppression (delegated design), signage, landscaping, conference rooms, VIP lounge and viewing deck. The Generator is shown in drawings however, this is to be installed in the future and NOT including within lump sum amount. The Generator and ATS itself will be installed by Owner in the future. However, the General Contractor is responsible for installing a Junction Box at the ATS location, Generator Pad/Slab, 2" conduit (electric) and (4) 1" conduit for low voltage, as well as other items identified within the drawings (reference sheets E001 and E401 for more information). The propane tank is shown to be Owner provided; THIS IS NOT ACCURATE. The propane tank shall be Contractor Provided and Installed. The General Contractor will be responsible to provide EDA site project sign as shown in the Specifications. Please note the General Contractor is responsible to provide all associated costs highlighted in pink on Attachment 2 to ensure this building is fully functional & operational. Description of the Construction: Makerspace Hangar (Yellow Area) - This building is partially funded with United States Department Agriculture (USDA) and therefore is subject to federal laws and regulations associated with that program. The General Contractor (GC) will be responsible to perform all scopes to complete a four (4) hangar shop with office and storage. This building includes mechanical, plumbing, metal building, specialty doors, finishes and millwork. Description of the Construction: Infrastructure Improvements (Water, Electric, Storm, Water Tower, Roads, Paving) (Red, Blue, Purple and Green Area) American Rescue Plan Act (APRA)- This building is fully funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and therefore is subject to federal laws and regulations associated with that program. The General Contractor (GC) will be responsible to perform all scopes to complete Phase 1 items noted in orange on the Civil Plans. Including but not limited to; UG utilities, storm drainage systems, earthwork, fencing, paving, helipad, water tank and distribution lines solely for fire suppression in EATC, aerobic systems for RV park, large creek crossing, and any other applicable items shown on civil plans outside of blue and yellow area. This building is partially funded with United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
