Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Work under this Project consists of demolition of the existing boat slips to include removal and disposal of: a. Boat Slips & improvements b. Roof Structure c. Attached decks d. Debris f. Ramps h. All wiring, plumbing, conduit j. Slabs m. Utility disconnections n. All personal property p. Above-water and below-water supports, including slabs, footers and piers q. Fixtures and equipment All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Linda Hodges, Senior Procurement Specialist no later than 12:00 P.M., on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, in writing via e-mail to: linda.hodges@jamescitycountyva.gov Bid Security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Performance and Payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract will be required by the Owner prior to Contract Award. The cost of bonds is to be included with the bid price. The right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid considered of advantage to the Owner is reserved. The total base bid shall be used to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
