For Design Fee for Jordan High Master Plan The purpose of this request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified Architectural firms to provide design services for Jordan High Master Site Plan. It is anticipated that this SOQ will result in a contract with a single firm through negotiations. The selection process will follow Utah State Code 63G-6a-15. This SOQ is designed to provide interested firms with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Proposing firms are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. All construction administration fees will be determined and negotiated when and if CSD determines they have budget for the projects. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 2/1/2023 02:00:00 PM (ET) CSD will evaluate each proposal submitted based on responsiveness to CSD's overall needs. The award of contract, if made, will be to the firm who is responsive and responsible to all administrative and technical requirements of the SOQ; who has demonstrated competence and qualifications in regards to providing the services required; and who receives the highest rating based upon all of the criteria set forth in the SOQ. Evaluation Method The schedules will be scored by an evaluation committee. Evaluators will score each section 1-5 (1 being low and 5 being high). Scores will then be multiplied by a specified number The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
