Lewis County Public Facilities District NORTHWEST SPORTS HUB- LOCKER ROOM UPGRADE/SHOWER INSTALLATION All bids must be submitted upon the furnished forms found in the bidding documents. It is the owner's intent to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding documents and does not exceed the budget established for this project. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to be present at the bid opening. Bids received after the time fixed for receipt cannot be considered. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Upgrade the existing locker room space to include a pass-through doorway from each locker room into the adjacent restrooms (2 new doorways total), along with installing 6 new shower stalls into each locker room (12 total). Bid Specifications (note - this is required for EACH of the locker rooms, and there are 2 locker rooms total; everything should be doubled): \b Remove and replace existing concrete flooring (7' x 23') at a slope to 2 new floor drains. \b Remove and replace existing acoustic ceiling tiles with water resistant ceiling tiles \b Install 2 new ceiling fans 210 CFM vented to outside of building \b Install 10' high 8' long privacy wall at new doorway into locker room; frame, dry wall and paint on both sides \b Install 1 metal framed 36" x 84" door to match existing doors \b Install 5 (five) 36" x 36" molded acrylic shower stalls (Aquatic 1363CM) \b Install 1 (one) 60" x 36" ADA molded acrylic shower stall with required seat and grab bars (Aquatic 1603BFSD) \b Bid to include all piping, plumbing, and fixtures for new drains and showers and all electrical work for fans and to reroute outlets or other as needed Supplemental Bid: Please include an additional price to install privacy glass shower doors to new shower stalls.
