This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Regina (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Street Infrastructure Renewal Package 23A as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City seeks proposals in response to this NRFP. This NRFP will be evaluated as referenced in Section 2. This NRFP is for general contracting work for a set of locations as set out and described and attached as Annex A - Form of Agreement and Annex A - Form of Agreement under Appendix C - Project Detail Information. The scope of work of this NRFP is to rehabilitate existing assets such as sidewalks, curbing, roads and storm catch basins. The City aspires to be sustainable and vibrant community which requires maintaining existing infrastructure in an efficient and cost-effective way. This includes quality work that is completed in a timely manner to ensure construction work has limited impact to its citizens. For this reason, the City has included Project Experience and Project Delivery categories in the evaluation of this NRFP as part of the submission along with pricing.
