* The tender has been cancelled due to the bids came in over budget. This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (PCS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the supply and delivery of Dry Logs to provincial campgrounds in the Northeast region for two (2) years covering the 2023 and 2024 operating seasons as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A). There are three (3) campgrounds that require Dry Logs to be supplied and delivered for the upcoming camping season: Candle Lake Provincial Park, Narrow Hills Provincial Park, and Lac La Ronge Provincial Park. Proponents will have the opportunity to select which park they are interested in providing the supply and delivery of Dry Logs to in the Submission Form (Appendix B). It is GOS's intention to enter into an agreement with the top proponent for each Provincial Park.
