The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312. The owner and construction manager reserve the right to waive any formality, or to reject any or all bids as necessary. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the owner or construction manager.
