Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Miles City, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The bid must include the exact brand and model included in appendix A; to ensure that the equipment has availability of supplies and maintenance in Southeastern Montana, no substitutions will be accepted. This project will be partially funded with Federal Funds from the Montana Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration; Tourism Department; therefore, it is subject to the State laws and regulations associated with that program. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids as identified in this Invitation to Bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid, which is in the best interest of the Owner.
