Metal repair and cleaning, metal material and execution, removal, repair and reinstallation, interior painting etc.. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Contract Time shall commence upon the execution of this Contract by the City of Boston, acting by the Commissioner of Property Management after the approval of this Contract by the City Auditor, the certification of the availability of an appropriation and the Corporation Counsel's approval as to form, and the Contractor shall bring the Work to Substantial Completion within 115 calendar days, and to Final Completion within 155 calendar days.
