Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 118,975-square-foot, 16-story above grade educational facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. A renovation of Keene Hall, a high-rise residence hall, at Eastern Kentucky University. The scope of work includes replacement of interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, elevators, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Final Date for Completion: June 1, 2024. Question Deadline 01/17/2023 at 3:00 PM ET This invitation is for the renovation of the interior of Keene Hall as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky Universitys Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete renovation including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Addendum #1-#5 have been issued as of 1-24-2023.
