The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain competitive bids for retaining a General Contractor (GC) to furnish, install, manage, and coordinate all the work for the Freezer replacement at Klamath County School District Office. This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The General Scope of this Project is to replace the existing walk-in freezer/cooler at the district office located at 2845 Greensprings Dr. Klamath Falls, OR 97601. Anticipated Notice of Intent to Award (NOI) on or about February 28th, 2023. Anticipated Executed Contract on or about March 1, 2023.
