Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Clarksville, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 1,500-square-foot conference / convention center; for the demolition of a 1,000-square-foot conference / convention center; for the remodel of a conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.
Architectural Services Johnson County Arkansas desires to select professional services from a design firm to perform the necessary studies and preliminary design to clearly establish parameters for an approximate 1,000 square foot office and conference room addition and an approximate 1,500 square foot waiting and reception area remodel to the Johnson County Health Unit located at 6 Professional Park Dr., Clarksville, AR. Johnson County is interested in acquiring the services of an Architectural firm or individual to provide services for the above referenced project. All responding firms will be notified of committee results. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. & 22-9-203, Johnson County Arkansas encourages participation of small, minority and women's business enterprises. Paid for with Johnson County General Funds.
