Each bid will include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered payable to Van Horn Construction, Inc., if bid exceeds $50,000 The Project is to be substantially completed within 410 calendar days from Notice to Proceed Requests for information, clarifications, and questions shall be submitted to the Construction Manager no later than 4:00pm Monday, June 19, 2023. Project engineer shall issue addendums as he deems appropriate to answer questions. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been released.
