Renovation of a stadium in Sandy Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Work of this Contract comprises some demolition, renovation, envelope upgrading and new construction of the arena including the following work: .1 Replacement of the ice plant. .2 Remove existing diesel generator and associated tanks and pads. .3 Replace existing MC Hut with new on the opposite side of the arena. .4 Replace the kitchen millwork with new. .5 Washroom upgrades. .6 Replace several doors. .7 Replace existing entrance ramp and landing. .8 Install new roof vapour barrier and upgrade roof insulation. .9 Interior glazing replacement. .10 Some exterior wall upgrades. .11 Metal roof recaulking and new fasteners. .12 Dasher board repair. .13 Storage Container with ventilation.
