Reference Number 0000308857 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/12/10 12:00:00 AM EST Sandy Lake is issuing a request for quote for the Mamow Weechiwaywin audio and visual equipment. Refer to the "RFQ - Sandy Lake - Mamow Weechiwaywin AV Equipment 03.12.25" abd supporting documents for details. Material and equipment supply The Contractor shall supply all equipment and materials listed in this RFQ. A list of materials and equipment is provided in the appendices of this document. The Contractor shall include all materials required to complete the install, commissioning and ensuring proper operation of the equipment being installed. Delivery The Contractor will be responsible for the coordination and logistics for shipped the materials and equipment to the building site in Sandy Lake First Nation. For this RFQ, it is to be assumed that all materials and equipment can be transported to Sandy Lake via winter roads in February/March of 2026. All loading and offloading of the materials and equipment will be the responsibility of the Contractor Temporary storage The Contractor shall put all materials and equipment into temporary storage in Sandy Lake at a location selected by Sandy Lake. The materials and equipment would remain in the possession of the Contractor until installation and commissioning is completed. It is assumed that there will be no cost associated to the storage location of the materials provided the temporary storage is brought into the community, such as trailers or sea-cans. Installation The Contractor shall provide all labour and materials for the proper installation and set of the audio-visual equipment in the building that is being supplied. Location of the equipment and materials in the building will be provided by Sandy Lake. An initial plan is provided in appendices, however, may be change based on direction from Sandy Lake. All equipment shall be tested and confirmed for proper operations by the Contractor as part of the installation. The Contractor will be required to conduct a final inspection with the Sandy Lake team and correct any items that are currently outstanding Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
